Spaingourmetour publishes: Spanish Pickled, vegetables a way of life

Spaingourmetour, magazine edited by the ICEX (Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade) and elected by the World Food Media Awards as the Best Food Magazine in 2010, has published in its September edition a wide report about pickles.

In it, it is highly stressed the importance that pickles have always had in the Spanish Gastronomy and customs. We invite you to read the attached report where you will find more details about ghekins, onions, garlic and chilly among others.
